Returns

RETURNS ON PURCHASES HAVE A MAXIMUM PERIOD OF 15 DAYS.

The User will have a period of fifteen days to return the order, counting from the date of delivery. (Article 44 of Law 7/1996, of January 15, on the Regulation of Retail Trade, amended by Law 47/2002, of December 19).

For the purposes of REPAYMENT of the purchase amount, two cases are distinguished: purchases made in our physical stores and purchases made remotely through our website.

ONLINE STORE PURCHASES

Return and Refund Policy

Returns are FREE. The customer must ALWAYS notify their intention to return an item via the return form or by email at info@lemarshand.com, stating the order number, the items to be returned, and the reason for the return.

If you wish to return a product, you have 15 calendar days from the date of receipt to inform us of your decision. From the moment you receive the return label, you have an additional 14 days to send the item back.

Once the return request has been approved, the customer will receive a FREE RETURN LABEL for shipment to LE MARSHAND’s return address.

As soon as the returned product has arrived at our facilities and has been inspected, the refund process will begin. LE MARSHAND will issue the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of the returned item.

Once the customer has exercised the right to return, LE MARSHAND will process the refund within a maximum of 30 days.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

Notwithstanding the above, the right of withdrawal and/or return is excluded in cases where, due to the nature of the purchased items, a return is not possible. These include:

Custom-made items.

Confirmed special orders.

Limited edition or discontinued items.

Conditions for an Accepted Return

To be accepted, returned products must meet the following conditions:

• They must be in the same condition as when delivered, with their original packaging and tags intact.

• They must be returned in the same protective box in which they were received, or, if unavailable, in similar protective packaging to ensure the item’s safe return.

• A copy of the delivery note must be included inside the package, marking the returned items and the reason for the return.

Defective Items

If you have received a defective item, please contact info@lemarshand.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include the following details in your message:

Order number

Damaged item

Description of the issue

Photographic evidence

No Exchanges Allowed

If a product does not suit your taste or does not fit, exchanges are not possible. In this case, you must return the item and place a new order.

PURCHASES IN OUR STORES

The customer will have a period of 15 calendar days, starting from the date of purchase, to make changes or returns. Returns will always be made through a Gift Card credit that will not have an expiration date. The credit will be made for the same amount as the purchase.
Refunds will only be made in the case of defective products, provided that the defect was not caused by misuse.

For a return to be accepted, the products to be returned must meet the following requirements:

· The unwanted product must be in the same condition as when it was delivered, and must retain its original labeling and packaging.

· The customer must justify the purchase of the product with the original purchase receipt.
