Shipping your purchases
All our shipments are made via DHL Express or Standard Shipping, giving you the flexibility to choose the option that suits your needs. With DHL Express, delivery takes place within 2 to 4 business days in Europe and within 3 to 7 business days for the rest of the world. Standard Shipping is a more economical but slower option, with delivery times of 5 to 10 business days, depending on the destination.
Deliveries are made to the specified address from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Deliveries to PO boxes are not available.
