SHIPPING
All our shipments are made via DHL Express or Standard Shipping, so you can choose the option that best suits your needs and timeline.
With DHL Express, delivery takes place within 2 to 4 business days in Europe and 3 to 7 business days for the rest of the world.
Standard Shipping is a more economical option, with an estimated delivery time of 5 to 10 business days, depending on the destination country.
Free shipping is available from a minimum order amount, which varies by destination. You can find all details in our country-specific shipping rates table.
Deliveries are made to the address provided, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

We ship from our warehouse in Spain, EU.
Customs duties/tariffs are not included in the cost of the product or shipping. These fees vary from item to item and country to country and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Shipping rates are calculated based on delivery location, weight and package size.
Our pieces are carefully packaged to offer a luxurious experience, as if you were purchasing them in our physical store. Mini jewels come in an elegant pouch, while the rest of our jewelry is presented in an exclusive LE MARSHAND box. Each order is sent inside a LE MARSHAND paper bag, placed inside protective packaging to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. This attention to detail makes our packaging ideal for gift giving or for a special unboxing experience.
PRODUCTS
LE MARSHAND uses only top quality, hypoallergenic and nickel-free materials. Depending on the jewel we use the following materials:
- Rhodium-plated 925 sterling silver.
- 925 Sterling Silver plated in 18k/24k Gold.
- 18k/24k Gold plated bronze.
- 18k/24k gold plated solid brass.
- Solid brass plated in 925 Silver.
All our gold plating has a minimum thickness of 1 micron of 18k/24k gold and a maximum thickness of 6 microns of 18k/24k gold depending on the jewel. For more information about the materials of your jewelry, do not hesitate to contact us at info@lemarshand.com
We have made sure that our products are made from the highest quality and most durable precious materials, but, like all plated metals, to keep our pieces looking good for longer, it is best to avoid any harsh chemicals. We recommend drying your item as soon as possible with a cloth towel after getting it wet.
We restock items regularly, but we recommend that you sign up for back-of-stock notifications on the product page so you can be notified as soon as it becomes available again.
Yes, all of our products are hypoallergenic. You can wear your LE MARSHAND pieces all day long, and you'll never have to worry about developing a rash or your skin turning green.
Our products are nickel free.
RETURNS
Yes, Returns are free! We offer free returns for 15 days.
If you wish to return a product, you have 15 calendar days from the date of receipt to inform us of your decision. From the moment you receive the return label, you have an additional 14 calendar days to send the item back.
Returns are FREE. The customer must ALWAYS notify their intention to return an item via the return form or by email at info@lemarshand.com, stating the order number, the items to be returned, and the reason for the return.
If you wish to return a product, you have 15 calendar days from the date of receipt to inform us of your decision. From the moment you receive the return label, you have an additional 14 calendar days to send the item back.
Once the return request has been approved, the customer will receive a FREE RETURN LABEL for shipment to LE MARSHAND’s return address.
As soon as the returned product has arrived at our facilities and has been inspected, the refund process will begin. LE MARSHAND will issue the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of the returned item.
Once the customer has exercised the right to return, LE MARSHAND will process the refund within a maximum of 30 days.
Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
Notwithstanding the above, the right of withdrawal and/or return is excluded in cases where, due to the nature of the purchased items, a return is not possible. These include:
• Custom-made items.
• Confirmed special orders.
• Limited edition or discontinued items.
Conditions for an Accepted Return
To be accepted, returned products must meet the following conditions:
• They must be in the same condition as when delivered, with their original packaging and tags intact.
• They must be returned in the same protective box in which they were received, or, if unavailable, in similar protective packaging to ensure the item’s safe return.
• A copy of the delivery note must be included inside the package, marking the returned items and the reason for the return.
Defective Items
If you have received a defective item, please contact info@lemarshand.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include the following details in your message:
• Order number
• Damaged item
• Description of the issue
• Photographic evidence
No Exchanges Allowed
If a product does not suit your taste or does not fit, exchanges are not possible. In this case, you must return the item and place a new order.
This may depend on how long it takes for your chosen returns courier to return the items before they are processed by our returns team.
Please note:
- We only offer refunds to the original payment method used to place the order.
- Refunds will be issued as soon as possible from the date your return is processed by our returns team and notified to you by email. Please note that it can take up to 14 days for your refund to be processed, although it is often much quicker.
Returns are registered separately and cannot be returned in one package. Combining returns in the same package will delay the refund process, so we ask that you package separately.
Be sure to retain proof of shipping.
If your order has been lost in transit without sufficient proof of shipping, we will not be able to process your return request. However, if you can provide a valid shipping receipt or tracking number for your return, we will honor your return with a store credit.
Please note that all shipping costs are non-refundable.
